What we believe a provider owes you

The truth about delivery. Routes tested with real phones and receipts watched on live traffic, so the delivery rate you see is one you can plan on. If a route starts cheating, quality routing stops trusting it and our team steps in.

Prices you can see. The price list is public and live, and in the console it shows how each destination is delivering. Increases are dated ahead of time. The API tells you what each message costs when it accepts it, and parts that never reached an operator are refunded without a ticket.

Your data kept from everyone who does not need it. Message text is encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff see content only when their role requires it, every access is recorded, and old text is erased after the retention period.

One platform, however you connect. The REST API, the SMPP server, the console and campaigns all go through the same validation, pricing, routing and receipts. There is no second class way in.

Who we are

Siel is built and run by Siel Labs, a small team of engineers who have operated SMS traffic on both sides: as a customer who was lied to by routes, and as an operator who had to find out which ones. The platform is our own, from the SMPP binds to the console, and it is the same software our partners run under their own names.
