Which numbers does the dashboard show?
Messages and parts billed, delivery rate, the median time from sending to the handset, and spend with your balance, for the last 7, 14 or 30 days. Below them, messages per day by status and how quickly messages reached the handset.
How is the delivery rate counted?
Delivered messages as a share of messages that got a final answer from the network, delivered or not. Messages still on their way are shown apart until their receipt arrives.
Can I see why a message failed?
Yes. Each message shows its status, the error and the operator's receipt for every part, how many attempts it took, and the webhooks we sent you about it.
Can I export my data?
Message, campaign, contact and billing lists export to CSV, and the API returns every message with its parts and receipts.
Do I see how each country performs before I send?
Yes. Your price list shows, for every destination, the delivery rate of the last 7 days and the median time to the handset, next to the price and any price change that is coming.
