| Country | Local, per part | International | Networks |
|---|---|---|---|
A message is one part when it is up to 160 GSM characters, or 70 characters in other alphabets; longer messages are split and charged per part. Where a country has a lower price for businesses registered there, both prices are shown; tell us where you are registered and you get the local one. In the console, your price list also shows each destination's recent delivery rate and time to handset.
Sender ID registration
Some operators charge to register an alphanumeric sender. Where they do, the fee is charged once when the sender is approved for that country; everywhere else registration is free.

How billing works
Prepaid credits
Add credits by card or PayPal in the console, or by bank transfer. Each message part is charged when it is accepted, and parts the operator never accepted are refunded.
Changes announced ahead
Operator prices move. When ours do, the new rate has a start date you can see in advance, never a surprise on the statement.
Volume and credit terms
Sending more than a few hundred thousand a month, or need postpaid with a credit limit? Write to us with your destinations and we will quote.
Do I pay for messages that were not delivered?
You pay for parts the operator accepted. A part the operator refused, or that could not be routed, is refunded automatically. A part the operator accepted but later reported undelivered is charged, as with every provider, because the operator charges us for it.
What is the difference between local and international?
Some operators charge less for traffic from businesses registered in their country. If your company is registered there, tell us and your traffic to that country pays the local price. Everyone else pays the international one. A country with one price charges everyone the same.
Are there free credits to start?
Yes. A new account gets test credits it can spend sending to its own verified phone numbers, before any payment. After the first payment it can send to anyone.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Card and PayPal payments go through our payment provider in the currencies it supports. Bank transfers are accepted in any currency and credited at the rate of the day. Your balance and the prices are kept in one currency.
Is there a minimum, a setup fee or a contract?
No. Add credits when you need them and stop whenever you like. Sender ID registration fees exist only where the operator charges one, and you see the fee before you agree.
Can I get a lower price for volume?
Yes. If you send more than a few hundred thousand messages a month, or need postpaid terms with a credit limit, write to us with your destinations and volumes and we will send a rate sheet.
