Rules
One rule for each way you sell
Write a rule for everyone, for one product or for a single client, and narrow it to a country, a network or a number prefix. The most specific rule wins, so exceptions are easy.
- Priority, when you know which supplier comes first.
- Weighted split, to share traffic between suppliers.
- Least cost, for the cheapest route that works.
- Best quality, by how each route has been delivering lately.
- Block, with a reason your client sees in the error.

Route tester
Know where a message will go before it does
Pick a client, a number and a sender. The tester shows the destination, the matching rule, every target it weighed with its cost, margin and recent delivery, and the one it would choose on each attempt.
- Failover on each retry
- No selling at a loss
- Why a target was skipped
- The rule that matched, and why
Supply and prices
Your suppliers, your prices, one console
Suppliers and connections
Connect suppliers over SMPP or HTTP, with ready settings for the large providers. Each connection has its own buy price list, and you can switch it off in one click.
Rate plans
Sell and buy prices by country or by network, a local and an international price where operators charge both, and price changes scheduled ahead. Import and export as CSV.
Products
Bundle a price list with your routing for a group of clients, a standard and a premium product for example, and move clients between them.
Sender ID fees
Set the fee to register a sender in each country, shown to clients before they agree.
Supplier balances
Keep each supplier's balance, credit limit and payments next to the traffic you send them.
A log of every change
Who changed a rule, a price, a supplier or a client, and when. Export it when you need to explain a bill.

Questions
About routing
Want to see your own suppliers in it? We will set up a console to try.
Who gets the routing tools?
Partners: companies that sell SMS under their own name on our platform. Clients who send through the API, SMPP or the console get our routing and see the results in their analytics.
Which kinds of rules are there?
A rule says who it applies to (everyone, a product or one client), where (anywhere, a country, a network or a number prefix) and, if you like, which sender. It then routes or blocks, and picks among its targets by priority, weighted split, least cost or best quality.
What happens when a route fails?
The next attempt moves to the next target in the rule, so a message is not stuck on one supplier.
Can a rule lose me money?
Not by accident. Targets that would cost more than you sell for are skipped, unless you allow it for that rule.
Can I bring my own suppliers?
Yes. Connect them over SMPP or HTTP, give each one a buy rate plan, and use them in your rules next to our routes, which appear as one more supplier.
Can I try a rule before it goes live?
Yes. The route tester takes a client, a number and a sender, and shows which rule matches, every target it considered with its cost and margin, and what it would pick.
